If at least one of Krem's coworkers hadn't been a mage he wouldn't have even considered that to be a possibility. But mages are weird, and made weird shit happen, and a handsome man that had previously been a handsome dog? Not exactly the most surprising thing he'd ever heard of. It was still weird to come home to, though.
"Alright, one mystery down. Have you been able to change back this whole time?" he asks, suddenly looking that much more paranoid as he stares up at Sam. If that were the case, then he'd...he'd slept around this man, changed in the same room at him, and the idea makes him bristle.
